Alexandra Mikroulea, is in charge of our antitrust department and has published extensively in the fields of anti-trust laws, industrial designs, patents and biotechnology inventions. She is practicing in the field of antitrust, for more than ten years and has successfully represented clients such as National Bank of Greece, Public Power Company (DEH) and Motoroil.

II. Trademarks Cases

Christos Chrissanthis, is in charge of our trademarks department and has 16 years of experience and practice. He has published extensively on trademark law issues and is successfully representing regular clients such as: Societe des Produits Nestle, Nestle Hellas S.A., Village Roadshow Corporation, European Reliance S.A., Silhouette, Iaso Hospital S.A., Eurobank S.A., Ferro S.A., Bodyline, in major trademarks cases during the past years.

Xenia Chardalia is managing large trademark portfolios for many multinationals, particularly in the fields of food and beverages, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics

III. Patents

Christos Chrissanthis has provided expert legal opinions in most major patent litigation cases particularly in the field of pharmaceuticals, in issues like Swiss type claims and the retrospective effects of the TRIPS Agreement.

Xenia Chardalia is managing large patent portfolios for multinationals particularly in the fields of pharmaceuticals, foods and beverages and mechanical engineering.

Alexandra Mikroulea has experience in patent litigation. In association with other lawyers she handled patent cases in favour of Bayer and Dexcel Ltd.

IV. Insurance and Reinsurance

Christos Chrissanthis has succesfully led reinsurance litigation against major reinsurers such as Munich Re and QBE Re on behalf of Greek insurers.

He has also successfully defended Lloyds of London before the Greek Courts in professional liability claims raised by the Hellenic Register of Shipping and Greek stockbrokers.

V. Capital Market

Alexandra Mikroulea has successfully handled case of delisting of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee which raised also issues of antitrust
